Richard Lind has been building and racing RC boats for over 25 years and has always been one of the top competitors in the racing circuit. Richard’s passion for boating started at a young age when he was introduced to building handmade sailboats and fishing boats. Along with his love for all watersports, he developed a skill for building smaller models of real boats and that is when his idea to build handmade RC boats began.
To this date, Richard has built over 400 boats with customers all over the world including Norway, New Zealand, most of the caribbean and several states throughout the United states. Designed in house and hand built, he has been able to replicate life size boats into RC boats that have taken multiple national titles and world championships. Richard specializes in building boats from start to finish as well as boats ready to run with both gas and nitro motors.
Over the years gas boats have gone through many changes in speed, style and build. Realizing those changes, Richard has always had a desire to provide a new boat that when coupled with high powered motors would knife through the corners and blast down the straight aways!
